Our Company

Since the 1960s we have provided businesses with IT skills and services that help reduce costs and increase productivity and efficiency. Whether you're looking for a full outsourced IT solution or assistance on a one-off project, we pride ourselves on delivering a timely and cost-effective service. We're not tied to particular IT brands, but over the years we've formed relationships with companies like Dell, Epson, HP, IBM, Lenovo, Lexmark, Network Appliances (NetApp), OKI, and Toshiba, so you can be sure of getting unbiased advice. We cover the whole of the country and count many of the UK's blue chip companies among our client base.
Our History

Our history dates back to 1896, when founders Oliver Moreland and Francis Impey founded the Moreland & Impey printing company. In 1904 Moreland travelled to Michigan, USA, and in the town of Kalamazoo – a term derived from the local Potawatami Native American tribe – he was introduced to a revolutionary new form of loose leaf binder that housed individual paper records in a single secure unit. The duo renamed the company in honour of the town and introduced the binder to the UK market.
The business has continued to expand ever since, evolving from a conventional jobbing printer to a business systems empire. In 2001, Kalamazoo was acquired by UCS. In 2006, following the merger of UCS and Reynolds and Reynolds, Kalamazoo-UCS became Kalamazoo - Reynolds. The group employs over 4,300 staff across operations in the US, Europe, Canada and Mexico.
